Ingredients

Serves 4

1 ea butternut squash
1 ea salt to taste
1 ea pepper to taste
3 tbsp light brown sugar

I am not sure why I am posting this since I did very little to it. It is a veggie that I have grown to love.

Ingredients:

butternut squash
little salt and pepper
3 or so Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:

Peel the squash with a vegetable peeler and dice into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to distribute seasoning. Spread out diced pieces onto a cookie sheet. (I use a silpat on my cookie sheet so the squash doesn't stick during baking). Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes (or until squash becomes tender - time differs depending on how big you made the pieces). Sprinkle with brown sugar and toss, allowing it to melt into the squash.
