Ingredients

Serves 4

2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy - you choose)
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup to 2 teaspoons sugar
2 ea eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking soda

This is once again a recipe I found on Pinterest. Once again I struck gold. These cookies have 6 ingredients, none of which are flour or butter. These are great. You should try them.

Ingredients:
2 cups peanut butter (crunchy or creamy - you choose)
1 cups brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda

Mix together in the order listed. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Tops should be soft and bottoms golden. Let cool and enjoy!
